1. Introduction

This policy applies to all merchants who install and use Shoppable ShortVid on their Shopify stores, as well as the end customers who visit those stores.

2.5 Customer Data (Storefront Visitors)
When customers interact with videos on your storefront, we collect minimal anonymous analytics. We do not collect personal identification information, customer names, emails, contact details, or use cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not store customer names, emails, shipping addresses, payment information, or contact details.
3. How We Use Information
3.1 To Provide Services
We use your information to install and configure the App, manage video-product associations, display videos via theme blocks, process video uploads, enforce subscription limits, and provide customer support.
3.2 To Provide Analytics
We process analytics data to show performance metrics, track conversion funnels, generate engagement reports, and calculate revenue attribution for eligible plans.
3.3 To Maintain and Improve Services
Aggregated and anonymized data is used to monitor performance, fix bugs, develop new features, and improve user experience.

- Analytics: 30 / 90 / 365 days depending on plan
- Support communications: 2 years
6. Your Rights and Choices
You can access, export, correct, restrict, or delete your data via the App or by contacting support. Uninstalling the App removes video associations and invalidates sessions.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies on storefronts. Admin usage relies only on session storage for authentication.
8. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended for businesses and not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards and secure transfer protocols.
10. GDPR Compliance
