Welcome to Shoppable ShortVid (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shoppable ShortVid application.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the App.
2. Definitions
- App: Shoppable ShortVid and all related features
- Merchant: Shopify store owner or administrator
- Store: Merchant’s Shopify store
- Content: Videos, images, text, or materials uploaded
- Subscription: Paid plans offered by the App
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have a valid Shopify account
- You must have legal authority to accept these Terms
- You must comply with applicable laws and Shopify policies
4. Account and Access
4.1 Installation
The App is installed via the Shopify App Store. Installation authorizes access to store data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your Shopify account.

5.2 Theme Integration
The App provides a theme block that must be manually added. The App does not modify theme files automatically.
5.3 Data Storage
- Videos stored in Shopify Files
- Metafields owned by the App
- Analytics stored in secure databases
6. Subscription Plans and Billing

8. Intellectual Property
The App is owned by Shoppable ShortVid. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
9. Data Handling and Privacy
Data collection, security, and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Shopify and third-party services subject to their respective terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms or the App at any time.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate access. Upon termination, access to features ceases immediately.
16. Dispute Resolution
